Join a leading healthcare organization as a Travel Cath Lab Tech in Aurora, CO! We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Cath Lab. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-functioning team with engaged physicians and a strong structural heart program.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: Cath lab with 8 holding bays and 4 Cath/EP suites
• Number of Staff: 16
• Patient Ratios: 3 staff to 1 patient in the Cath Lab procedural area
• Type of Equipment: Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, Cardio Lab for EP
• EMR: Meditech

Typical Procedures Performed:

• Left Heart Catheterization (LHC)
• Right Heart Catheterization (RHC)
• EP ablations
• Pacemakers, ICDs, Cardioversions, TEEs
• Tilt Table Tests
• EP/Structural Heart/Monitoring skills and Right Heart monitoring

Skill Set Required:

• Must Have:
  • Minimum 6 months current Cath Lab Tech experience
  • BLS certification
  • ARRT (R)
  • RCIS or RCES certification
  • If RCIS or RCES, willing and able to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before starting work
• Preferred:
  • ARRT (CI) or (CV)
  • Scrubbing and monitoring skills and experience
  • Prior Meditech experience

Unit Guidelines/Policies: The call schedule includes a rotating schedule of two weekends and 9-12 days of call in a 6-week period.
