Job Title:

Occupational Therapist (OT) Salary: $50-$56 depending on experience

Schedule:

Flexible Schedule Sunday-Saturday

• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• No long-term minimum hour commitment
• In-house therapy team with local clinical leadership
• PRN clinicians are included as valued members of the rehab team
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours when desired
• Collaborative environment with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary partners
• Competitive PRN rates of $50-$56 per hour

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a mix of inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, and long-term care patients
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, providers, and families
• Support discharge planning and patient education
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Help patients maximize function, independence, and quality of life

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
• Desire to work collaboratively across disciplines

Unlike many therapy opportunities, our rehabilitation team is fully in-house. Clinical decisions are made locally, therapists are supported by on-site leadership, and PRN team members are treated as valued contributors rather than temporary staff.
