Pay: $50.76 - $76.14 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This is a hybrid position - approximately 50% remote and 50% onsite as work dictates.

Summary:

Provides strategic healthcare analytics and insights that support value-based care performance, improve total cost of care and quality outcomes, and drive informed business decisions. Partners with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to advance organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes healthcare, financial, claims, and clinical data to identify cost drivers, care variation, performance trends, and opportunities to improve total cost of care, quality outcomes, and value-based contract performance.
• Develops, monitors, and interprets key performance metrics and advanced financial models, providing actionable insights, forecasting, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and operational improvement.
• Partners with clinical, operational, finance, care management, and analytics stakeholders to implement and scale data-driven initiatives that improve cost efficiency, quality outcomes, utilization management, and care model performance.
• Ensures the integrity, usability, and effective application of enterprise data by collaborating with Analytics and IT teams, enhancing reporting tools and data models, and educating stakeholders on key performance drivers and value-based care outcomes.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare, Economics, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
