Position: Physical Therapist - (Flexible Schedule)
Physical Therapist – Home Health | Aurora, Centennial, South Denver - $100K–$140K+ | Full-Time or Part-Time | Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
Develop individualized treatment plans
Improve mobility, balance, strength, and independence
Help prevent falls and hospitalizations
Educate patients and caregivers
Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and social workers

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Home health experience is welcome but not required.

Pay: $98,000.00 - $ per year
