Clinical Pharmacist
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide shift coverage at UCHealth/University of Colorado Hospital (UCH) on an as-needed basis. You will practice in partnership with School of Pharmacy faculty and participate in rounding, medication management, education, and discharge counseling.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with clinical teams, and training residents/students.
