Well Power seeks Residential Counselors I/II for Beeler House (5p-10p, Monday through Friday, Team 650). You will support residents with ADLs, facilitate group therapy, coordinate care, and document interactions to promote recovery and safety.
RC I requires active enrollment in a bachelor’s program; RC II requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field. Certifications include QMAP and CPR/First Aid; a Class "S" driver license may be required.
