You will identify and engage physicians and advanced practice providers through Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, develop creative strategies for hard-to-fill specialties, and partner with recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines across UCHealth.
You will research potential candidates, conduct outreach, and collaborate with recruiters and clinical teams to drive successful placements
