We are looking for a Staff Data Engineer/Scientist to tackle challenging problems. You will support the development of AI/ML algorithms across domains such as large language models, natural language processing, and time‑series predictive analytics. Your team includes researchers and software developers who are eager to mentor and share knowledge.

Responsibilities- Assemble large, complex data sets to support AI/ML algorithm implementation
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements, including redesigning infrastructure to increase scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Build infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources
- Curate and maintain data supporting metrics and evaluation
- Design, build, test, maintain, and automate data collection pipelines
- Develop dashboards for data analytics
- Implement AI/ML algorithms
- Use Agile methodologies to develop software
- B.S. in data science, AI/ML, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer/Scientist
- Experience developing data pipelines and normalizing data with canonical Python packages (e.g., Num Py, Pandas, Polars)
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with a recent Full‑Scope Polygraph (FSP)
- M.S. or Ph.D. in data science, AI/ML, computer science, or related field
- Experience with Git Lab, Dev Sec Ops , test‑driven development, containers (Docker, Docker Compose), cloud services (AWS), and distributed computing tools (Spark, PySpark)
$130,000 - $200,000 (actual level and base salary determined on a case‑by‑case basis based on knowledge, skills, education, and experience). The application window will close in 60 days.
LocationAurora, CO – Situated at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, 20‑minute drive from downtown Denver and 15‑minutes to Denver International Airport.
