We’re hiring a Business Analyst for Risk Management Project to help us build the future of iGaming.

• 5+ years of Postgre
  
  SQL administration experience in enterprise environments with large data volumes.
• Strong skills in query optimization, indexing strategies, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis.
• Proficiency in DDL/DML operations, schema design, and replication (logical and streaming).
• Experience with AWS RDS, Aurora, and cloud‑native database services.
• Familiarity with Citus, TimeScale
  
  DB, and scaling Postgre
  
  SQL in distributed architectures.
• Understanding of system‑level tuning on Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky) and integration with Docker/Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic/Open Search).
• Solid knowledge of backup, recovery, disaster recovery planning, and high‑availability solutions.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation and operational workflows.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness for on‑call rotations and handling critical incidents.

• Architect, deploy, and manage Postgre
  
  SQL databases in AWS environments.
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of database systems.
• Develop and enforce database standards, policies, and procedures.
• Proactively monitor and tune system performance, conduct root‑cause analysis for issues.
• Implement backup, replication, and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with developers for query optimization and schema improvements.
• Document processes, configurations, and maintain operational runbooks.
