KEY SUMMARYWe are seeking a skilled and proactive
** Oracle DBA (Database Administrator)

ALTERNATE EXPERIENCEGeneral comment on degrees:
Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
- Install and configure Oracle databases
- Manage database backup and recovery processes
- Monitor database performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Implement and enforce database security measures
- Create and maintain database schemas and structures
- Support database migrations and upgrades
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
- Expertise in Oracle database tools (e.g., RMAN, OEM)
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning
- Experience with database replication technologies
- Familiarity with data backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Ability to write and debug database scripts
- Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard
- Knowledge of cloud database platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, Oracle Cloud)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience with database monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds)
