Position Overview:

This position is for an Infrastructure/Dev Sec Ops  Engineer
. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented members  ideal candidate is a Dev Sec Ops  Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a basic understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field or 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  Engineer
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engaging with virtual or remote teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of AWS cloud platform
• Basic knowledge of administration of Linux based operating systems
• Scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Power Shell, etc)
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices like encryption, access control and identity management
• Understanding of security compliance, cloud security assessments and audits
• Experience with security scanning tools, OS patching, and vulnerability remediation
• IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+)
• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with fully adjudicated Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
• Experience with container tools (Docker, Podman) and container orchestration
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
• Basic understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similar

Pay Range: $110,000 - $145,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
