Technical Support Manager

Our team includes Technology Specialists and a Trimble Certified Trainer who provides both scheduled and customized training.

We not only sell and rent technology solutions but also ensure customer satisfaction through our team of field service technicians and a Trimble-certified repair center.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurora, CO. As a Technology Support Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer and technical support related to Trimble construction technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing repair processes, training customers on technology usage, and managing a team of service professionals to provide high-quality support. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure optimal use of our solutions to improve job site productivity.

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service interactions
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Familiarity with Trimble technology solutions or similar construction technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Dedication to delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences
