Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Location:
Madison, WI. This role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area; relocation assistance is provided.
You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of this exciting and rapidly changing industry.

Key Requirements- COVID‑19 vaccination
- Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed
- Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
- Strong academic and professional background
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
