Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing

IDR is seeking a Senior Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading strategic sourcing initiatives with a focus on marketing vendor categories within a dynamic financial organization.

• Responsible for executing complex RFX events, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, within the digital procurement space.
• Lead strategic contract negotiations and drafting to optimize vendor relationships and procurement efficiency.
• Manage digital-specific vendor categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence C-suite stakeholders to achieve sourcing objectives.
• Support the organization’s investment in innovative solutions by providing procurement expertise and cost-saving strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing
• Experience executing complex RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFI) events
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing C-suite stakeholders
• Extensive experience specifically within the marketing sourcing category
