Program Manager - Case Management

. The position supports our Adult Intensive Services Division and provides leadership in the design and implementation of training, consultation, and supervision for case managers inside clinical teams.

Base salary: $61,018.80 – $97,635.20 per year.

• Lead and coach a cross‑functional team of case managers, maintaining focus on program goals.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Program Managers to design training, consultation, and supervision structures that empower case managers embedded in clinical teams.
• Develop and maintain programs to support the organization’s strategic direction and manage long‑term goals.
• Write program funding proposals and develop budgets and operating plans for programs.
• Coordinate service delivery and ensure smooth transition of clients between service agencies.
• Advocate for organization services in the community and at the state level.
• Implement changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of program management or equivalent experience.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with a driving record that meets organization requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of project management concepts.
