Aboutthe Role
We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Kitting & Assembly (K&A) and general production operations at the Aurora facility. This role is perfect for a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, thrives on teamwork, and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and performance. You’ll oversee daily production activities, support and coach team members, track performance, and ensure that all orders are completed accurately and on time.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Supervise daily operations for Kitting & Assembly and Production teams.
- Manage schedules, workloads, and priorities to meet production goals.
- Ensure orders meet customer requirements, following work instructions and drawings.
- Track key metrics such as output, downtime, scrap, and on‑time delivery.
- Conduct daily team huddles to communicate updates and reinforce safety and quality.
- Partner with the Production Manager and Director of Operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Provide hands‑on support during high‑volume periods.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build skills and accountability.
- Enforce safety and quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
- Collaborate with warehouse and materials teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, kitting, or assembly leadership.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and safety.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS experience preferred.
- Comfortable working on the floor — walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and leading by example.

Work Environment- Fast‑paced production and warehouse setting.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
- PPE required in designated areas.
