• Experience in construction or a related field.
• Proficiency with electrical and pneumatic power tools and hand tools.
• Basic math skills.

• Operating a mechanical Smart Saw/band saw to cut and remove damaged lumber for wood pallet repair.
• Handling and lifting wood pallets weighing 75-85 lbs.
• Meeting fast‑paced production requirements and achieving daily and weekly production targets.
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Performing basic machine adjustments, such as changing saw blades and table adjustments, ensuring all safety guards are in place.
• Demonstrating proper cutting techniques to maximize blade usage and minimize equipment stress.
• Tracking production on required forms.
• Working frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed.
