Home Health RN - Weekend

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated WEEKEND Registered Nurse to perform home health RN visits for our Denver Visits office.

• Coverage Territory:
  South of I-70

• Weekend Schedules:
  Thu-Sat, Fri-Sun, or Sat-Mon

• Prior or current Home Health (Visits) and OASIS experience required.

• Must be available to attend office orientation for one full week (Monday through Friday, 9a-5p).

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories

• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

• Perform client assessments as necessary

• Case management and coordination

• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.

• Prior or current home health/visits experience.

• Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Additional Information:

• Pay – Starting at $53-58 per productivity point, based on experience

• Mileage reimbursement
