This Telemetry travel nurse position in Aurora, Colorado, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Medical Center of Aurora. This role pays $1,923 per week and follows a Nights shift with a 3x12 schedule.
In this Telemetry travel nursing role, you will provide patient care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.

Responsibilities- Manage a multi-patient assignment of continuously monitored cardiac patients
- Interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing arrhythmias and escalating changes promptly
- Administer cardiac medications as ordered, including antiarrhythmics and anticoagulants
- Respond to chest pain, rhythm changes, and signs of instability, initiating emergency interventions per facility protocol
- 2+ years of recent Telemetry nursing experience
- Active Colorado RN License

HCA HealthONE Aurora is an acute care hospital with Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and medical, surgical and maternity services.
- Its emergency department provides Level II trauma care and treatment for medical emergencies. Stroke evaluation includes emergency CT and in-person or telemedicine neurology assessment.
- Heart and vascular surgery includes coronary bypass, valve repair or replacement, aneurysm repair and carotid procedures, using open and endovascular approaches.
- The heart program offers extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, or ECMO, and mechanical circulatory support for patients whose hearts cannot adequately pump blood.
- General and specialty surgery includes colorectal, gynecologic, urologic and thoracic procedures. Robot-assisted operations and video-assisted thoracic surgery are available, including treatment for lung and esophageal cancers.
- Neurological services include brain tumor surgery, treatment of Chiari malformation and deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease. Neurological rehabilitation can begin during the acute hospital stay.
- Labor and delivery, postpartum mother-baby care and a NICU support the hospital's maternity service.
