Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for complex transplant surgeries in an academic, nonprofit health setting. Circulate and scrub in a fast-paced OR, partnering with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, high-quality outcomes.
Key Duties- Deliver perioperative nursing care for transplant procedures
- Perform circulating and scrub roles as assigned
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and team members to maintain safety and quality
- Support sterile technique, readiness of equipment, and adherence to OR standards
- Contribute to a patient-first culture emphasizing innovation and continuous learning
- RN licensure with perioperative/OR experience
- Strong teamwork and communication in high-acuity environments
- Ability to manage fast-paced, complex surgical workflows
- Commitment to safety, respect, and ongoing professional development
