Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and ensuring assigned areas are appealing.
• Operate the register to process transactions and promote add-on sales, including benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $15.40 - $15.90 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
