Key Lead - Town Center at Aurora, Hollister

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. The role is part of the store leadership team and drives performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly, with an expected minimum of 12–16 hours per week. Availability is required on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak time frames to support business needs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, with initiative and confidence.
• Adaptable, flexible, detail‑oriented, able to balance multiple tasks.

Starting rate: $21.30 per hour. (Recruiting pay range: $21.30–$21.30 per hour.) The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
