Spieldenner Financial Group is part of one of the country’s fastest‑growing insurance organizations. The focus areas include paying agents quickly, keeping costs low, and providing training and support to help agents succeed.
Job Duties- Setting Appointments – 6‑8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
- Research – 4‑5 hours per week: digging into the information the client provided to customize options that meet their financial needs in the event of a death or disability.
- Meeting with Families – 2 days per week: meeting with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss details of coverage, and help them apply for coverage.
- Administrative – 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Commission‑only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5‑10 mortgage protection plans per week. There is uncapped commission and a competitive bonus structure with incentive trips based on individual and team results.
