- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and ERP platforms is strongly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a small, fast-moving team and take ownership of issues through resolution.
- Experience with telecommunications, wireless networking, test and measurement equipment, IoT products, or another technical product portfolio.
- Experience supporting distributors, resellers, integrators, or business customers across multiple territories.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, commercially minded, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. You do not need to know every product on day one, but you should be curious, comfortable learning technical information, and dependable in following through on details.
