Job Summary
Position:
Research Services Principal Professional. Department:
Emergency Medicine, ATLAS Lab. The role supports multicenter clinical trials focused on critically ill and injured patients in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Units. The Principal Investigator is Adit Ginde, MD, MPH, Professor and Vice Chair for Research.
- Lead and participate in project start‑up, implementation, and close‑out functions.
- Develop, review, and maintain regulatory and project documentation.
- Coordinate site visits and other meetings with key stakeholders.
- Create protocol‑specific systems and documents including process flows, training manuals, SOPs, and CRFs.
- Maintain subject‑level documentation and prepare documents, equipment, and/or supplies.
- Supervise a team of 2 or more professionals (may include management responsibilities).
- Participate in tactical and strategic project development and planning.
Onsite in Aurora, Colorado. This role requires presence on campus.
Benefits & CompensationSalary range: $65,545 – $76,687. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, tuition benefits, ECO pass, paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays), and more. Total compensation also includes generous leave and authorisation for professional development.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Three (3) years of clinical research or related experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or health‑related field.
- Four (4) years of clinical research or related experience.
- Experience managing multi‑center clinical trials.
- Study monitoring experience.
- BSN degree (or ADN plus two additional years of experience) and current licensure as a registered nurse.
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., EMR/EHR).
- Clinical research regulatory experience.
