Unarmed Security Officer – TS Polygraph

Employer is seeking TS-Cleared Unarmed Security Guards for Full-Time employment (W-2) at their Aurora, CO or Warrenton, VA site. The Cleared Guard will provide security patrols, access control, security-related personnel escort duties, traffic, report writing, parking control, law and order duties, as well as security and fire safety surveillance. Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Observe and inspect construction work to ensure technical and physical security integrity
– Assess security practices/procedures for various levels of security
– Produce written reports or document activities/processes, investigations/anomalies/deficiencies, incidents, etc.
– Identify unauthorized materials
– Evaluate methods used to place technical penetrations or unauthorized materials
– Operate technical security devices, systems, and other monitoring devices
– Report suspicious behavior

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

– Must possess an active DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Full Scope Polygraph at time of application
– Must be a US Citizen
– Minimum of 18 years of age
– High School Diploma or GED
– Must have impeccable customer service skills
– Possess solid writing skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
– Must be approved by the client to work at the site

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

– Prior US Military preferred
– Have military experience with access control
– Working knowledge of reading construction blueprints is a plus
– Have familiarity withAutoCAD
– Have working knowledge of construction safety
