BKS Security is hiring dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers for overnight positions in Aurora, Colorado.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for individuals who take pride in their work, can operate independently, and understand the importance of maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Our officers are responsible for conducting routine security patrols, monitoring property conditions, documenting activity, and reporting security concerns.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, observant, and capable of working overnight shifts with minimal direct supervision.

Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.

• Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned properties, including perimeter, exterior, and interior areas.
• Monitor for unauthorized individuals, suspicious activity, trespassing, theft, and vandalism.
• Check gates, doors, fencing, and designated access points.
• Monitor site conditions and report safety hazards or property damage.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation.
• Maintain communication with company supervisors and monitoring personnel.
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and security procedures.
• Respond professionally to incidents and contact emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required company uniform.
• Remain alert, attentive, and actively engaged throughout the entire assigned shift.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned locations.
• Must have a working smartphone capable of using company reporting and communication applications.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including assigned weekends.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods.
• Must be capable of working independently with limited supervision.
• Must communicate professionally and complete clear, accurate written reports.
• Must meet applicable security licensing and employment screening requirements.

We are hiring for both employment schedules:

• Overnight security shifts.
• Regularly scheduled weekly hours.
• Weekday and weekend assignments based on operational needs.

• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
