Maintenance Technician - Apres

The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Apres Apartments in Aurora, CO.

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate status of requests to residents.
• Maintain property safety and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, apartment make‑ready status, and work in progress.
• Ensure all make‑ready repairs and services are completed on schedule.
• Perform grounds‑keeping duties such as raking, sweeping, shoveling, and salting as necessary.
• Change locks and keys.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent fieldwork.
• Professional interaction with prospects, residents, staff, and management.
• Hands‑on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC (heat pump preferred), swimming pools, landscaping, and cleaning.
• Must supply own tools and have transportation for parts and supplies.
• HVAC certified, CPO certified preferred.
• Certified CFC/EPA approved certification (or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire).
• CAMT preferred, willing to obtain if requested.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and roofs, stoop, kneel, bend, and coordinate manual dexterity.
• Adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fair Housing certification before resident interaction.
• Willingness to travel for parts and supplies.
• Other duties as required.
• Drug and background screening required.

40+ hours per week with evenings, weekends, and on‑call hours as needed. Hourly pay range: $21–$23.
