Dillard's is looking for a positive, self-motivated Alteration Associate.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Has experience in a commercial/industrial alteration environment.
- Has a working knowledge of all alteration shop functions including RTW and Tailored alterations, pressing and the proper usage of all shop equipment (straight stitch, blindstitch, serger, button machine, steam press/boiler, iron).
- Has excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Quality minded with timeliness.
- Proficient in tailored alterations.
- Detail oriented with excellent communication, organizational, customer service skills.
