  Care First Blue Choice HMO HSA 1500 is provided free of charge. Employees also have the option to purchase the Care First Blue Choice Advantage HSA 1500 or the Care First Blue Preferred PPO 500.

  Interclypse contributes to the employee’s HSA account on a bi-weekly basis up to $750 for individuals and $1,500 for employee plus coverage on the Blue Choice HMO HSA or Blue Choice Advantage HSA plans. (The Blue Preferred PPO plan does not qualify for an HSA account).

The base salary range provided is not adjusted for geographic differences associated with where the work is being performed.
