Senior​/Mid Full-Stack Developer; Python​/Django​/AWS​/PHP​/Laravel​/Vue

Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications that underpin our platform. This pivotal role contributes to mission‑critical projects that enable a truly global and transparent workforce, working across the full software development lifecycle.

• Lead the design and development of complex features and applications using Python and AWS.
• Develop and optimize back-end services using Python (Django, Flask).
• Leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-native development, deployment, and management.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and troubleshoot production issues.

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack software development.
• Expertise in Python (Django, Flask) and building RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud application development and deployment.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Aurora) and/or No
  
  SQL databases (e.g., Dynamo
  
  DB, Mongo
  
  DB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
