• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Be present at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license and carry it at all times while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Assist customers politely, answering questions, and directing them to the Facility Manager if needed.
• Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc., to the garage office.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when authorized.
• Know all areas of the garage and major streets, landmarks, and freeways near it.
• Assist customers with luggage and other items (e.g., operating shuttle buses at an airport).
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Less than high school education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License:
  Valid state driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
• Availability:
  May need to work 3rd shift and/or weekends.
• Language:
  Read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence; present information to customers and employees.
• Mathematics:
  Perform basic arithmetic and monetary calculations.
• Appearance:
  Maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands:
  Stand, walk, handle cash and equipment; occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour
