We are hiring Distribution Center Warehouse Associates to join our team for the 2nd Shift.
Hours:
3:30 PM – 12:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour for high performers.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime beyond regular shift hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance.
- Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Post‑offer background check & drug screen are required.
- Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations.
- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
- Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System.
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
- Execute tasks using hand‑held RF units / scanners or voice units.
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas.
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Pay Range: $15.00 – $27.36
