A well-established, beverage company that operates multiple distribution businesses across the Midwest and Southeast is seeking an AP Specialist to join its corporate accounting team. This organization supports several high‑volume operations and offers stability, strong leadership, and long‑term career growth for someone excited to build their accounting foundation. The AP Specialist will support accounts payable across several entities and locations, ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, ACH/EFT payments, and reconciliations.

This is a fully onsite role where you’ll learn from experienced accounting professionals and gradually take on more advanced responsibilities.

• Sort, code, match, and enter invoices into multiple systems
• Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH/EFT
• Perform check runs and maintain AP records
• Reconcile AP transactions and research discrepancies
• Support internal audit tasks and cross‑functional accounting needs

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of AP experience
• Stable work history and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized, manage shifting priorities, and follow instructions
• Professional communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
