Base pay $65,000 /yr – $75,000 /yr; total compensation includes performance‑based incentives.

• Build and foster client relationships ensuring satisfaction.
• Present recommendations for property improvements within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
• Partner with client to promote landscape enhancements.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Lead resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.

• 3+ years in the landscape industry in account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed position, department, and company goals independently and as a leader.
• Experience managing enhancement sales and estimation.
