Indian Prairie Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative / Doctor Assistant

They should be an independent, reliable self-starter with energy and a passion for veterinary care. As a Client Services Representative
, you will be the first point of contact for clients, requiring a friendly, outgoing personality and strong attention to detail.
Receptionist responsibilities include handling phone correspondence, processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with appointment flow.
As a Doctor Assistant
, responsibilities include transcribing notes into patient records, preparing prescriptions, communicating testing requirements to support staff, and ensuring charges are entered into patient files.
This position requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays.
Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $13.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
