Available as needed Barton Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a great logistics company in Aurora, IL! We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual who can provide excellent service while supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations.

• Follow established customer service standard operating procedures.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and fax.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Document customer inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Research and evaluate information to address product and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines and time frames.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and outstanding issues.
• Assist with warehouse operations during peak periods, including:
  
  Parcel packing
  
  Parcel manifesting and packing slips
  
  Bill of Lading (BOL) invoicing
  
  Cycle count data entry#ZR
