Full Time | Must be available evenings & every other Saturday

Are you upbeat, organized, and ready to be the go-to person patients remember long after their visit? At Village Green Dental Center, we’re not just filling a position — we’re growing our family of Patient Concierges (our fun name for Chairside Dental Assistants).

Here, you won’t just pass instruments - You'll be with your patients from “hello” to “see you next time” — literally.

• Assist chairside during procedures with a smile and confidence
• Treatment plan and present next steps with patients
• Take payments and schedule follow-up appointments
• Make outgoing calls during downtime (no cold calling, we promise!)
• Track weekly stats and goals with leadership
• Provide customer service like no other!

• No dental experience? We’ll train the right person.
• What matters most: a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a love for helping others.

• Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and every other Saturday until 4PM
• Spanish speaker preferred
• Eager to work full-time in a dynamic, patient-focused office
