• Duration: Approximately 26 weeks
• Schedule: Approximately 2–3 weekday outpatient clinic shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $11,660–$12,500
• Call Coverage: No call is required for the clinic schedule. Optional participation in 24-hour call coverage may be available for providers interested in supporting emergency department and rounding needs.
• Electronic Medical Record: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 3 months

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in bread-and-butter urology
• Board certification in Urology
• Active Illinois medical license, or an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact candidate with a Letter of Qualification in hand
• Active DEA registration
• Experience with Epic or a comparable electronic medical record system
• Ability to complete credentialing and privileging requirements within the expected timeframe

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care in a clinic setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with common urologic conditions
• Perform appropriate examinations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate follow-up care
• Accurately document patient encounters and clinical decision-making in Epic
• Collaborate with clinical staff and referring providers to support continuity of care
• Optionally provide 24-hour call coverage for emergency department consultations and inpatient rounding, if desired

• Flexible weekday scheduling with approximately 2–3 clinic shifts per week
