Aurora University seeks talented adjunct faculty who are passionate about teaching pre-licensure, undergraduate, and graduate nursing students. Qualified adjunct faculty instructors are offered part-time teaching opportunities (up to 9 credits/semester) based on faculty demand in the clinical areas.

The School of Nursing at Aurora University invites applicants for clinical adjunct appointments in the following disciplines:

• Fundamentals
• Medical-Surgical
• Obstetrics
• Pediatrics
• Psychiatric / Mental Health

The position involves the supervision of students in clinical practice at clinical sites as well as the simulation lab. Clinical assignments may include weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends and are located throughout the Chicagoland area.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and current Illinois RN license required.
• Background and clinical experience in respective discipline(s).

The salary is $55 per clock hour worked.
