Title:
Beacon House Preparatory School Administration
Beacon House Preparatory School offers a blended Preschool and Pre-K program for children ages 3–5, combining early learning with Islamic values through a play-based, nurturing approach. Our mission is to develop the academic, social-emotional, and spiritual foundations necessary for lifelong success.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons for preschool-aged children
- Integrate Islamic values, manners, Duas, and age-appropriate Qur’an content into daily routines
- Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Observe, document, and communicate student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and early childhood education regulations
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3–5)
- CDA, ECE coursework, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to Islamic values and character-building
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse school community
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Familiarity with Montessori methods
, or other play-based/child-centered learning approaches - Basic knowledge of Arabic or Qur’an recitation
