- Know Illinois Learning Standards and evidence-based instructional practices to support planning, implementing, and evaluating specially designed instruction in literacy, mathematics, and social-emotional learning.
- Use effective behavioral support strategies to support the implementation of behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with team members, including other teachers, service providers, building and district leadership.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management.
- Communicate clearly with team members and families.
- ESL and bilingual preferred.
- Professional Educator License with Elementary LBS1 Endorsement Required.
