Lead Teacher at Constitution Kinder Care
Become a Lead Teacher at Kinder Care Learning Companies and work with dedication to support children’s learning and growth in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
- Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum consistently with each child’s unique needs.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Partner and connect with parents, sharing a desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Support the center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
- Approved state trainer (preferred).
- 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Willingly obtain state specific qualifications for the role.
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Range of pay $19.38 – $24.84 per hour. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium applies.
