• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum consistently with each child’s unique needs.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, sharing a desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Willingly obtain state specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Range of pay $19.38 – $24.84 per hour. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium applies.
