- Ability to work effectively on a classroom team alongside other paraprofessionals, classroom service providers, and the teacher
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks while also taking initiative
- Willingness to support students with self-care and self-helps tasks such as bathroom, grooming, and meal times
- Ability to provide support to a classroom teacher managing student behaviors and social emotional needs
