Aurora, CO 80014. Clearance: TS/SCI Full Poly. This position requires U.S. citizenship.

We are seeking a skilled and innovative RF Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced radio frequency systems. In this role, you will develop and test RF components, analyze system performance, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure reliability and efficiency. Collaborating with a team of engineers and technical experts, you will play a critical role in supporting mission-driven projects and advancing cutting-edge technology.

• Design and test RF systems
• Analyze and optimize RF performance
• Develop and simulate RF circuits
• Troubleshoot RF system issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-driven projects

• Proficiency in RF simulation tools
• Knowledge of RF circuit design
• Experience with spectrum analyzers
• Antenna testing and calibration
• Signal propagation analysis
• Understanding of modulation techniques

• Familiarity with microwave systems
• Experience with wireless communication protocols
• Knowledge of electromagnetic interference testing
• Proficiency in CAD tools for RF designs
• Understanding of phased array systems
• Experience with satellite communication systems

Degree (Level Desired): Bachelor s Degree

Degree (Focus): Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Wireless Communications, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electromagnetic Engineering, Signal Processing, Aerospace Engineering, etc.

General comment on degrees:
Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor s Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor s Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master s Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
