Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
We are partnered with a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction services to hire a Site Manager for a secure U.S. Government facility in Aurora, CO.
This position will lead all on-site operations—ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, safety, and cost targets—while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Rewards- Salary range: $200,000-$220,000 annual base + bonuses

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience managing large, complex operations or maintenance projects of similar size and scope
- Ability to work on-site during standard business hours and respond promptly to after-hours emergencies
- Lead day-to-day site operations in compliance with all contractual, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Client Plant Manager and government representatives, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Plan, execute, and oversee maintenance, modification, outage, and construction activities
- Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling with plant and power operations to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Direct technical, procurement, materials management, and construction efforts across multiple teams
