Job Overview:
The Project Controls Engineer (PCE) manages project coordination, scheduling, and controls from pre-construction to closeout. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering compliance, updating project schedules, managing costs, and reporting. The PCE works closely with the project team, including the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Field Engineers, to ensure project success.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in renewables or solar experience preferred.
- Experience as a PCE in EPC firms is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Blue Beam, scheduling software like P6, and engineering tools.
- Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to project site for durations of 6-15 months.
Benefits:

- Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually, based on experience.
- Additional compensation includes overtime, bonuses, and per diem.
Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000.
