Overview
Licensed Customer Service Representative – This is an entry-level licensed position designed to provide experience and development for NMLS licensed individuals who want to establish a career as a Mortgage Consultant. The role offers onboarding and training with potential to advance into a Senior Loan Officer position. Compensation includes a base pay of $36K plus bonus with total annual compensation up to $115K+.

Location:
Aurora, CO area
- Active NMLS Unique Identifier #
- Active Colorado mortgage license (additional licenses a plus)
- Minimal to moderate mortgage experience/knowledge
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- High School diploma
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficient in processing, servicing, auditing
- Take inbound customer calls to identify customer objectives
- Make outbound calls to move the application forward
- Take and review a complete 1003 URLA application
- Set appointments to review Pre-Qualification
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery of income and application documentation
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales expectations while delivering an exceptional customer experience
