My client, a well-established organization in the professional services industry, is seeking a Controller. This role reports to the President and serves as the highest level finance/accounting individual in the company. The Controller position is very hands‑on and duties will include financial statement preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, supporting tax preparation, variance analysis, forecasting, as well as the management of two part‑time accounting operations staff.
Requirements include a CPA, 5+ years of strong GL accounting experience, budgeting and forecasting, and direct management experience. Pluses are Quick Books and multi‑company experience.
NOTE:
This is a fully onsite role in the Aurora, Illinois area.
