Controller
Location: Western Suburbs - 5 days on-site
Reports to: Director of Finance
We’re looking for a hands‑on Controller to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing facility. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and wants meaningful ownership, visibility, and career acceleration.
What You’ll Do- Lead financial operations and optimize ERP systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and oversee cost accounting to ensure accurate COGS and identify performance improvements
- Establish and maintain internal controls
- Oversee account reconciliations and support tax and regulatory compliance
- Partner with CPA firm on financial statements and income tax matters
- Drive accounting policy updates, process improvements, and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Manufacturing experience
Salary range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually, plus 15% bonus.
